about
i was sitting in a coffee shop chatting with a homie i ran into, and told him how i wanted to use his print for this idea of mines. this sort’ve brainchild of my culinary background x agricultural experience.
as we talked about how i was ready to leave my current situation, the idea of an artist curated csa(community supported agriculture) just blew up in my head. like bright neon lights, and shit. it was something as simple as me explaining to him how cool i thought that concept was, and how we are slowly losing the sense of community the generations before us had built up. i told him i would hit him up to run the concept by him more in depth, which at this time i still haven’t, but i will most definitely get to very soon. my first year at Fair Share Farm was actually their last season operating as a csa, so i was familiar with how one worked. this isn’t your local farmers csa though. in an effort to recreate that feeling, we invite you to embark on this journey with us as we offer our version of what we dubbed “the bakers allowance”. a bakery & pantry goods program designed to broaden your palate, expand your skillset, and maybe make some friends along the way. our allowances will offer everything from starter kits, recipe cards, fresh & dry ingredients, baked & ready-to-bake goods, to various soft & hard goods. again, this is very much inspired by my appreciation for the arts!
